More AI automation features in Google Workspace! Google is giving Gmail the ability to answer messages without waiting for you to hit Send. A new “Reply to email” action in Workspace Studio can automatically respond inside an existing thread while retaining its conversation history. This makes it possible to automate follow-ups, support requests, or routine updates from beginning to end.
