Android Auto brings your phone to your car’s interface. Calls, messages, and music, all without touching your phone when driving. However, this convenience comes at a cost. First, it makes your phone hot, which some car manufacturers have tried to fix with a fan in the wireless charging pad. But the bigger issue is battery drain, which is partially due to the heat, but mainly due to the heavy processing your phone has to do to work with Android Auto.
