Garage trash cans fill up with parts that still have life left in them. Think of the saw blade that scorches every cut, the spade bit that skates across the wood, the sanding disc packed solid with dust, and the mower blade that shreds grass instead of cutting it. Most of us toss them and buy fresh ones, and those small purchases add up over a year of projects and mowing.
